DaFeng Industry: Shareholders with more than 5% holdings released 5.5 million shares from pledge.

Da Feng Industrial announced that Mr. Fengyue, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, has released the pledge of 5.5 million shares pledged to China Galaxy Securities Limited on March 5, 2026, accounting for 15.13% of his holdings and 1.30% of the total share capital of the company. After this release of pledge, Mr. Fengyue has no more pledged shares, and his 36,351,500 shares are no longer subject to pledge or freeze. There is currently no further pledge plan for the shares released in this pledge release.
