Gel Software announced that the Board of Directors recently received a resignation report from the Board Secretary Cai Guanhua. Due to personal career development plans, he resigned from his position on March 6 and will no longer hold any positions in the company after resigning. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Cai Guanhua holds 180,000 restricted shares granted under the company's 2024 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan that have not yet been released from restrictions, which will be repurchased and cancelled according to regulations.
