SKT announced that in order to meet the operating fund needs of its invested company Yikang Technology, the company had previously decided to provide a pledge guarantee to Shandong High-speed for 24.9829% equity of Yikang Technology held by the company, according to the shareholding ratio, with a pledge guarantee amount not exceeding 250 million yuan, and a term of 1 year. Recently, the company officially signed the "Maximum Amount Equity Pledge Contract" with Shandong High-speed and Yikang Technology, completed the registration of equity pledge establishment, and obtained the "Notice of Registration of Equity Pledge Establishment". The validity period of the equity pledge amount is until December 31, 2026.
