Iranian Foreign Minister: Iran has not requested a ceasefire and is ready to respond to a US ground invasion

Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi stated on the 5th that Iran did not request a ceasefire and is prepared to respond to a ground invasion by the US military. Araghchi said in an interview with NBC in Tehran that despite US and Israeli airstrikes across Iran, Iran did not request a ceasefire. He said the US attacked Iran during negotiations last year and this year, so Iran has no reason to engage with "those who lack sincerity in negotiations and are not participating in good faith". Regarding a possible ground attack by the US military, Araghchi said, "We are waiting for them, because we are confident in confronting them, which will be a great disaster for them."
