Now, "artificial intelligence +" has been mentioned in the government work report for three consecutive years, while "smart economy" is mentioned for the first time. The smart economy is a new type of economic form with artificial intelligence as its core driving force, which will comprehensively reshape all aspects of economic activities such as production, distribution, exchange, and consumption. Zhu Keli, the founding president of the National Research Institute of New Economy, stated that the mention of "smart economy" in the government work report for the first time has been placed in a more prominent strategic position. The report clearly proposes to "create a new form of smart economy," which means that the smart economy has become the core lever for the development of new quality productivity and a key breakthrough in economic transformation.
