Landmark Fragrance Announcement, the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Kwungs Thailand has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Mr. Thithinan. Kwungs Thailand will provide Mr. Thithinan with a loan of 114 million Thai baht to acquire the sale of Land I and Land II in Thailand.
