Tesla whale Liao Kaiyuan buys 1 million shares of Nvidia, will buy another 1 million shares to support the tense market.

Widely known as one of the largest individual shareholders of Tesla many years ago, billionaire Liao Kaiyuan announced that he has purchased 1 million shares of Nvidia stock on Tuesday. Liao Kaiyuan said, "I am convinced that AI is not a bubble, it is just the beginning." He added, "I plan to buy another 1 million shares of NVDA soon to show support for the volatile market." Nvidia closed at $180.05 in New York on Tuesday, meaning the 71-year-old billionaire's recent purchase amounted to approximately $180 million.
