Guangxi Energy: Completes the business change and transfer of ownership of Guo Hai Securities' shares with China Energy Beihai

Guangxi Energy announced that the company will exchange its holdings of Guohai Securities shares with the equity of Guoneng Beihai. The relevant industrial and commercial changes registration and transfer registration procedures have been completed. On December 31, 2025, the company completed the industrial and commercial change registration for the acquisition of 30% equity of Guoneng Beihai, making Guoneng Beihai a subsidiary of the company. As of the date of the announcement, the company has paid the remaining equity transfer consideration of 79.4031 million yuan. On March 4, 2026, the company will transfer its holdings of 206 million shares of Guohai Securities to Guangxi Energy Group.
