Luckin Coffee shareholders plan to acquire Blue Bottle Coffee, Nestle: no comment.

On March 4th, it was reported that Dahz Capital has won the bid for Blue Bottle Coffee and is soon to complete the transaction with Nestl. Dahz will acquire all global stores of Blue Bottle Coffee, while Nestl will retain the coffee machine and capsule business of Blue Bottle. The transaction has been signed but not yet completed. In response to this, Sina Finance contacted Nestl for comment, and Nestl replied, "No comment."
