Announcement from Haomiao Technology: Ni Jun intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 21,000 shares, accounting for 0.22% of the total shares; Ni Daihong, Ni Hongyan, and Ni Haiyan each plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 350,000 shares, accounting for 0.37% in total; Ni Shihe plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 490,000 shares, accounting for 0.52%; Guo Gangjian plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 40,000 shares, accounting for 0.04%; Xu Liang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 50,000 shares, accounting for 0.05%; Chen Hao plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 42,000 shares, accounting for 0.04%; Zhang Qin plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 12,000 shares, accounting for 0.01%.
