Canada and Greenland signed a joint declaration of intent for cooperation on key minerals and energy resources.

The Canadian Ministry of Natural Resources announced on the 2nd that Canada and Greenland have signed a joint statement of intent on key mineral and energy cooperation, aiming to strengthen economic cooperation in the Arctic region. Both parties stated that since Canada established a consulate in Nuuk, the capital of Greenland, on February 6, bilateral relations have been increasingly close, and the signing of the joint statement of intent is based on principles of cooperation and mutual benefit.
