ST Haiqin announced that from February 9 to February 27, 2026, the shareholder Shanghai Jieyu Asset Management Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced 2.2916 million shares through centralized competitive bidding, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, Shanghai Jieyu's shareholding decreased from 13.807 million shares to 11.5154 million shares, and the percentage decreased from 6.00% to 5.00%. This change does not trigger a tender offer and will not change the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
