Huatai Securities announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, Huatai International, issued six medium-term notes under the MTN program on February 27, 2026, with a total issuance amount of 310 million US dollars, converted to 2.16 billion RMB according to the exchange rate on January 30, 2026. As of the end of this issuance, the total guarantee amount is 2.754 billion US dollars. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total guarantee amount of the company and its controlling subsidiaries is 50.894 billion RMB, accounting for 26.55% of the latest audited net assets, and there is no overdue guarantee debt.
