"Hong Kong 'Young Astronauts Camp 2026' starting tomorrow accepting nominations"

The "Young Astronaut Experience Camp 2026" in Hong Kong will accept nominations from secondary school students starting tomorrow until March 31. Selected students will have the opportunity to experience astronaut training in mainland China for free during this year's summer vacation, where they will learn about space science and astronomy, deepening their understanding of China's aerospace technology development and achievements. The camp will take place from July 23 to 31. During the nine-day itinerary, students will visit Beijing, Jiuquan, and Xi'an, to explore various national key aerospace and astronomical facilities, such as Beijing Aerospace City, Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, and the National Astronomical Observatory Xinglong Observatory, among others. In addition, students will experience astronaut training, have the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with astronauts and aerospace experts, and gain insight into the relentless spirit of aerospace professionals.
