According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Guangdong Fuhua New Materials Co., Ltd. was established, with Wen Binsen as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of new film materials; manufacturing of plastic products; selling of plastic products; selling of food-grade plastic packaging containers and tools. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, the company is jointly held by Jiangmen Hualong Film Material Co., Ltd. and Foster.
