UAE Jebel Ali Port announces suspension of operations.

Dubai Ports World Group of the United Arab Emirates announced on March 1st that, due to recent developments in the regional situation and in accordance with instructions from relevant government authorities, Jebel Ali Port has been suspended. Earlier that day, there were several loud explosions in the area where Jebel Ali Port is located, accompanied by thick black smoke. Data shows that Jebel Ali Port is currently the largest man-made port and the largest port in terms of throughput in the Middle East region.
