Sanda Film announced that from February 9th to 27th, shareholder Qingyuan Limited Company has reduced its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 2.6793 million shares through a collective bidding method. After this change in equity, the number of company shares held by Qingyuan China has decreased from 82.3622 million shares to 79.6829 million shares, and the proportion of the company's total share capital held by Qingyuan China has decreased from 24.81% to 24.00%. This reduction is in accordance with the disclosed plan, which has not yet been fully implemented, and will not result in changes to the controlling shareholder or the ultimate controller, nor does it trigger a tender offer.
