DDR4 prices have been rising for 11 consecutive months.

Market research firm DRAMeXchange's latest data shows that the contract price of PC DRAM products in February rose by 13.04% compared to the previous month, reaching $13. This marks the 11th consecutive month of price increases for DDR4. DDR4 prices have more than doubled within a quarter.
