To assist passengers affected by the recent security situation in the Middle East in making proper arrangements for their travels and ensuring the safety of related passenger services, Air China, China Eastern Airlines, and China Southern Airlines have specially formulated regulations for ticket handling on routes involving Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and other related destinations. For tickets involving travel dates between February 28, 2026 and March 15, 2026 that have not been used, and with ticket issuance or reissue dates before 20:00 on February 28, 2026, and meet the conditions, passengers can handle involuntary refund of unused segments without paying a refund fee through the original ticket purchase channel within the ticket validity period.
