The document clearly states the optimization of grid connection modes to unleash market vitality. It also coordinates with the electricity market, encourages large industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic projects to upgrade technology and capacity construction according to the rules of the electricity spot market. When market conditions are mature, they can voluntarily adopt the self-use surplus electricity grid connection mode to participate in spot market transactions. Distributed photovoltaic projects can participate in green electricity trading and ancillary services markets through virtual power plant aggregation, self-trading, and other means in accordance with relevant policies, enhancing project comprehensive income.
