Tianyancha App shows that recently, Dongguan Tangya Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. has added a new announcement of cancellation registration, with the reason for cancellation being the decision to dissolve. The company was founded in August 2023, with Wang Lu as the legal representative, registered capital of 1.5 billion RMB, and business scope including residential leasing, non-residential real estate leasing, park management services, engineering management services, real estate development and operation, with Huawei Investment Holding Co., Ltd. holding full ownership.
