Tianjin will launch 15 urban renewal new construction projects.

By 2026, Tianjin will speed up the construction of 32 urban renewal projects that are already underway, launch and implement 15 new projects, and plan a number of reserve projects in key areas for coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Tianjin will complete the revitalization of 21 old residential buildings, promote the overall renewal of central parks and other historic districts, strengthen the protection, inheritance, and utilization of historic buildings, and build vibrant characteristic streets that integrate culture, commerce, tourism, and exhibition. The comprehensive implementation of the "Tianjin Urban Renewal Regulations" will be carried out, and efforts will be made to strengthen the establishment, revision, and abolition of normative documents.
