Bohai Leasing Announcement: Due to business development needs, a subsidiary of Avolon Holdings Limited signed an agreement with Southern Airlines on February 27, 2026. Avolon, through its subsidiary, purchased 10 B787-8 aircraft and 2 GEnx-1B70 spare engines assets from Southern Airlines. The market price of the aforementioned aircraft and engine assets is approximately $532 million USD, and the actual purchase price will be determined based on the bidding results of the property rights exchange.
