Beijet Announcement: The company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Ms. Quan Qiuhong, and her concerted action parties Mr. Zhang Jianfei and Ms. Quan Siying, have implemented a reduction plan resulting in changes in their shareholdings. From May 12, 2025 to February 27, 2026, Ms. Quan Qiuhong reduced her holdings by 12.2628 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital of the company; Mr. Zhang Jianfei reduced his holdings by 7.035 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.73% of the total share capital of the company. After the equity change, the total holdings of the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted action parties decreased from 285 million shares to 266 million shares, and the total holdings in the company decreased from 69.73% to 65.00%, with the equity change ratio reaching a multiple of 5%.
