Tianhe Solar Energy: Huafu Capital proposes to acquire 2.00% stake.

Tianhe Light Energy announced that shareholder Huafu Capital Management Co., Ltd. plans to acquire 46.8514 million shares of the company, accounting for 2.00% of the total shares, through inquiry and transfer. This inquiry and transfer will be organized and implemented by CITIC Securities. The transferee must be an institutional investor with the corresponding pricing ability and risk tolerance. The shares acquired by the transferee cannot be transferred within 6 months after the transfer.
