This may trigger a risk warning for delisting of the company's stock. After the disclosure of the 2025 annual report, the company's stock may be subject to a "ST" designation by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. If the net assets at the end of 2025 are negative, the stock of the company will be suspended from trading starting from the date of the annual report disclosure, and the exchange will decide to implement the "ST" within a specified period after the resumption of trading. The company has previously issued a risk warning announcement and is expected to issue another one before the disclosure of the annual report.
