Chief Risk Officer Liu Jianjun of Bank of Communications also serves as Chief Compliance Officer.

On February 27th, Bank of Communications announced that the board of directors agreed to appoint Liu Jianjun as both Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. The appointment of Liu Jianjun as Chief Compliance Officer will only take effect after approval of his qualifications by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
