According to Caixin News, the Shanghai Shipping Exchange will be restructured into a state-owned enterprise and integrated into the Shanghai Stock Exchange Group. Caixin recently learned from the Shanghai Stock Exchange Group that it will take over the main body of the Shanghai Shipping Exchange. Currently, the personnel transfer has been basically completed, and the former director of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Group and chairman of the Financial Business Headquarters, Shi Qiwei, has been transferred to the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Shanghai Shipping Exchange.
