Samsung Electronics plans to increase the size of its DRAM to enhance the performance of HBM4.

Samsung Electronics is currently focusing on improving the yield of 1c DRAM and at the same time, seizing market share in the HBM4 market. Specifically, Samsung Electronics has decided to increase the size of its sixth generation 10nm-level DRAM chips in order to enhance the stability of both DRAM and HBM4.
