According to the QiChaCha APP, recently, Dongfang Electric Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhou Jiancong as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the manufacturing of new energy prime movers, research and development of emerging energy technologies, sales of wind power generator sets and components, and wind power technology services, etc. The equity penetration displayed by QiChaCha shows that the company is wholly owned by Dongfang Electric Wind Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dongfang Electric.
