Boya Bio: Director and President Ren Hui resigned.

Boya Biology announced on the morning of February 27th that Ren Hui has applied to resign from his positions as director of the eighth board of directors, member of the Strategy and ESG Committee, and president and legal representative of the company due to work changes. After resigning, Ren Hui will no longer hold any positions in the company. His resignation will not affect the normal production and operation of the company. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ren Hui does not hold any company shares, and there are no unfulfilled commitments that he should fulfill.
