On February 26, the Shanghai Gold Jewelry Industry Association issued a "Letter of Suggestions on Standardizing the Recycling Services of Shanghai Gold Jewelry Industry", proposing suggestions from four aspects of implementing mandatory identity registration, and requiring all stores involved in gold jewelry recycling, exchange of old for new, and other businesses to conduct comprehensive self-inspections. The letter of suggestions proposes suggestions from four aspects of actively implementing industry standards, implementing mandatory identity registration, improving transaction information recording, and establishing a system for reporting suspicious situations.
