Nasdaq Technology ETF by Invesco: Warning of secondary market premium risks and temporary suspension of trading.

Nasdaq Technology ETF managed by China Asset Management announced that the recent secondary market trading price of the fund has been significantly higher than the reference net asset value, with a large premium, prompting investors to pay attention to the risks. In order to protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading starting from February 27, 2026, until 10:30 am, when trading will resume. During the suspension, subscriptions and redemptions will continue as usual. If the premium does not effectively decrease on that day, the fund reserves the right to take further suspension measures. Currently, the fund is operating normally and there is no undisclosed information that should be disclosed.
