Skyline Corporation: provide joint liability guarantee for 1 billion yuan debt of subsidiary

Skyline Corporation announced that the company respectively deliberated and approved the proposal to apply for a comprehensive credit limit of up to 4 billion yuan on March 21, 2025, and April 10, 2025. Recently, the company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Shantou Branch of the Bank of China, providing joint and several liability guarantees for all the debts of its wholly-owned subsidiary Shantou Skyline Electrical Industry Co., Ltd. from November 2025 to December 2035, with a maximum debt limit of 100 million yuan. As of February 26, 2026, the company and its subsidiaries have a total guarantee balance of 624.3 million yuan, accounting for 16.95% of the audited net assets at the end of 2024, with no overdue external guarantees.
