According to the Qi Cha Cha app, Shanghai Qianyu Intelligent Creation Robot Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Wang Qingdong as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes research and development of intelligent robots, sales of intelligent robots, sales of industrial robots, sales of service consumer robots, sales of artificial intelligence hardware, etc. The equity penetration displayed on Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is indirectly wholly-owned by Shanghai Electric.
