Dongsoft Group has invested in and established an information technology company in Beijing.

The Qichacha app shows that recently, Beijing Srei Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Meng Hao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 2.1 million RMB. Its business scope includes digital cultural and creative content application services, information technology consulting services, software outsourcing services, and animation and game development. According to Qichacha's equity penetration, the company is fully owned by Shanghai Srei Information Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Neusoft Group.
