In Hubei, 17 cities and prefectures in the province simultaneously held a homecoming property carnival, with nearly 1,200 companies and 200,000 housing units participating. Various policies such as "housing subsidies, reduction of deed tax, personal income tax refunds" introduced by various cities have led to an increase in property sales during the Spring Festival period, with sales driven by policy incentives accounting for 72.1% of total sales.
