According to the statistical analysis by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in January 2026, Chinese domestic brand passenger cars sold a total of 1.329 million units, a month-on-month decrease of 32.1% and a year-on-year decrease of 8.9%. They accounted for 66.9% of the total passenger car sales volume, with a market share rate decrease of 1.5 percentage points compared to the same period last year.
