Liaoning has been approved to establish the country's first national-level rare earth permanent magnet motor quality inspection center.

According to the Liaoning Province announcement, recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation officially approved the establishment of the National Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor Quality Inspection and Testing Center based on Shenyang University of Technology. This is the first national-level quality inspection center approved for establishment since the establishment of the Liaoning Provincial Market Supervision Administration. The approval of the establishment of the National Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor Quality Inspection and Testing Center will fill the gap in the national-level quality inspection platform in the field of rare earth permanent magnet motors in China, injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of the national high-end equipment manufacturing industry. The establishment of the Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor National Quality Inspection Center will focus on the inspection and testing needs of emerging industries and future industries such as new energy vehicles, wind power equipment, CNC machine tools and robots, rail transportation, and low-altitude equipment, building a comprehensive inspection and testing service system covering the entire industry chain and lifecycle. It will provide one-stop services for rare earth permanent magnet materials, motor assembly manufacturing, and high-end equipment applications for enterprises in the upstream, middle, and downstream of the industry chain, from product research and development, pilot testing, to inspection and testing. It is expected to reduce enterprise testing costs by more than 20% per year, shorten product time-to-market by 30%, and provide technical support for the entire product lifecycle.
