After investigation, He Yingming has lost his ideal and belief, betrayed his original mission, been disloyal and dishonest to the party, resisted organization review; ignored the spirit of the eight-point central regulations, violated rules by entering private clubs; violated organizational principles, sought personal benefits for others in violation of regulations and accepted money; behaved corruptly, received illegal gifts, accepted travel arrangements, used his authority or position to benefit relatives; indulged in corruption, engaged in power and money trade, used his position to seek benefits for others in promotion, job adjustment, approval of state-owned land use rights, project payment settlement, etc., and illegally accepted huge amounts of money and goods.
