India issues final anti-dumping ruling on isopropylamine originating from or imported from China.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India has issued a notice, making an affirmative final ruling on anti-dumping investigations on isopropylamine originating from or imported from China, recommending a 5-year anti-dumping duty on the products involved from China, with a tax rate of $290 per ton. The case involves products under Indian customs codes 29211190, 29211990, and 29211920. On December 30, 2024, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India announced that, in response to an application submitted by the Indian domestic company Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited, an anti-dumping investigation has been initiated on isopropylamine originating from or imported from China. The dumping investigation period for the case is from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, and the injury investigation periods are from April 2020 to March 2021, April 2021 to March 2022, April 2022 to June 2023, and July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.
