The company has now established a specialized cost reduction group to reduce breeding costs in terms of feed, veterinary drugs and vaccines, and labor compensation, striving to reduce average costs by 100 yuan per head in 2026. The company aims to control the total cost of fattening pigs at around 12.6 yuan per kilogram. It is expected that the proportion of purchased piglets from outside will gradually decrease in 2026, while the proportion of self-bred piglets will increase gradually.
