On Wednesday, the South Korean won finally rose by 0.94% against the US dollar, closing at 1427.17 won. During the Asia-Pacific session, it continued to rise, with most of the day seeing high-level fluctuations. On the daily chart, the Korean won is approaching the top of January 28th at 1419.81 and the top of October 16, 2025 at 1414.31, marking the largest single day increase since December 24th.
