Hesheng Silicon Industry announced that from February 11th to 24th, the controlling shareholder Ningbo Hesheng Group Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 9.046911 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding, accounting for 0.77% of the total share capital. After the reduction, the shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and its concerted action parties decreased from 73.52% to 72.75%, triggering a 1% scale change in equity. This equity change is in line with the previously disclosed plan, and the reduction plan has not been fully implemented, which will not result in a change in the controlling shareholder or the actual controller, nor will it affect daily operations.
