Dil Chemical released its performance report, achieving an operating income of 726 million yuan in 2025, a year-on-year decrease of 7.21%; a net profit of 57.2589 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 33.54%. During the reporting period, the company implemented "three transformations" on the 50,000-ton potassium nitrate production unit, resulting in a significant decrease in potassium nitrate production and sales volume. At the same time, due to macroeconomic and industry environment factors, the price of the main raw material potassium chloride for potassium nitrate rose, but the product sales price was not sufficient to support the increase. The completion of the "three transformations" also increased fixed production costs with new factory equipment, causing a decrease in gross profit margin, combined with a decrease in revenue leading to a decline in operating profit and net profit.
