Bohai Chemical announced that part of the projects of the acrylic ester and superabsorbent resin new material project, which the company raised funds to invest in, have met the conditions for production and officially started operation on February 24, 2026. In 2024, the company will use the remaining 681.9579 million yuan of funds raised from the original fundraising project for this project, which will be implemented by its wholly-owned subsidiary Bohai Petrochemical. The commissioning of the acrylic butyl ester project signifies the company's transformation from a single product of acrylic to multiple products in the field of high molecular new materials. However, it will still take time to complete all the fundraising projects, and there is a risk that the project benefits may not meet expectations due to market changes and other factors.
