The official website information shows that Sea Expandary's affiliated company is Shenzhen Exploration Yacht Industry Development Co., Ltd. According to the Tianyancha App, Shenzhen Exploration Yacht Industry Development Co., Ltd. was established in February 2026, with Zhang Ran as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10.88 million US dollars. Its business scope includes ship sales, mold manufacturing, mold sales, and manufacturing of ship-related equipment. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Future Expandray Limited.
