Chen Maobo: Establishing the first overseas country manufacturing innovation center in Hong Kong.

The Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Paul Chan Mo-po, today delivered the government's budget for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Chan Mo-po stated that the SAR government is committed to implementing the cooperation agreement signed with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China on promoting the development of new productive forces and advancing new industrialization, in order to promote industrial cooperation. The SAR government will set aside approximately HK$220 million to establish the first overseas national manufacturing innovation center in Hong Kong.
