Guizhou Gas: Changes in shareholding of shareholders with more than 5% completed business change registration.

Guizhou Natural Gas announced that there have been changes in the equity structure of Guizhou Gongtou, a shareholder with more than 5% of the shares. On December 13, 2025, the shareholders of Guizhou Gongtou signed a "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Guizhou Chanda, transferring a total of 82.6529% of the shares to Guizhou Chanda. On February 24, 2026, the relevant industrial and commercial changes were completed, with the controlling shareholder of Guizhou Gongtou changing from Guiyang Trade and Industry Control to Guizhou Chanda, and the actual controller changing from the Guiyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to the Guizhou Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Guizhou Gongtou holds a 18.97% stake in the company, with Guizhou Chanda holding 82.6529% and Guiyang Industry and Trade Control holding 17.3471%.
