Verisign: There has been a change in the equity structure of Jian Shu, Hefei.

Victor Announcement: Recently, we received a notification from the shareholder Anhui Jianshu Investment Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, informing us that there has been a change in the equity structure of Anhui Jianshu and the relevant industrial and commercial registration procedures have been completed. In order to accelerate the development of the new display industry in Shushan District, Hefei City, and optimize the capital layout and structure of state-owned enterprises in the district, Hefei Shushan Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd. and Hefei Shushan Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. have signed an equity transfer agreement. Hefei Shushan Construction will transfer the 100% equity of Anhui Jianshu it holds to Hefei Shushan Investment through a non-public agreement at zero cost. After the completion of this equity transfer, Hefei Shushan Investment will directly hold 100% equity of Anhui Jianshu, and the controlling shareholder of Anhui Jianshu will change from Hefei Shushan Construction to Hefei Shushan Investment, with no change in the actual controller of Anhui Jianshu.
